Get noticed - take part in our national media campaign!
This year we're using the week to ‘pass on' practical help and advice to start-ups and those considering starting a business. We will be running a high profile national media campaign to ensure that during the week there are lots of opportunities for people to get access to advice, and to be inspired.
That's where you come in!
For businesses yet to start up
We would love to hear from individuals or organisations which are preparing to launch a new venture, and would be interesting in gaining media profile by launching their business during Global Entrepreneurship Week (November 12-18 2012).
If you meet the criteria below please email Harriet.Fitzgerald@kindredagency.com with some details and we will be in touch:
- Genuinely new businesses, run by individuals who are good communicators and happy to speak to journalists and appear on TV
- Visually appealing businesses, which have something interesting to film and take pictures of e.g. retail, manufacturing, catering
- We're looking for businesses run by all age groups, genders in a mix of locations across the UK - and would love to have one which has an international element to their business!
Those chosen will be offered media opportunities locally and nationally, and it's a great opportunity to gain free publicity for your fledgling business.
For established businesses
If you already run a successful venture you can take part by filling in this survey which we are using to collect entrepreneurs' views on the state of entrepreneurship in the UK and their opinions on how this will change in the future.
The survey will only take around 5 minutes of your time and can be completed by anyone who has set up a business which has been running for two years or more, and has at least five employees. You can fill in your company's details or fill it in anonymously.
Please pass this link to your relevant contacts. If you leave your email address we will email you a copy of the research findings in November.
