High Impact criteria
Become a High Impact event
We’ve identified the five key criteria of high quality events that are more likely to have a positive and sustained impact on those who attend them beyond the week itself.
Log in once you’ve registered your event and you’ll find a link to quick high impact survey. In the meantime download our High Impact guide to see how to meet the criteria.
The criteria
Making sure your Global Entrepreneurship Week event is a High Impact event will not only be beneficial to you and your event participants but will ensure a year round entrepreneurial movement in the UK.
There are 5 key ways to hit our High Impact status:
1. The event inspires participants and positively changes their attitudes towards entrepreneurship
2. The event develops participants’ skills and confidence
3. The event directs people to their next step in their enterprise journey
4. The event pushes the boundaries of enterprise
5. The event is internationally focused
Why be High Impact?
If you hit 3 out of 5 of the criteria, your event will be considered High Impact. By hitting 4 or more you could be in the running to become a winner of our High Impact Badge of Honour.
These acclaimed organisations will receive:
• Recognition on the Global Entrepreneurship Week website
• Will be mentioned on the Global Entrepreneurship Week e-newsletter
• Will receive a digital badge to add to your website and a signature strip
Last year there were thousands of high impact events in the UK alone, which led to hundreds of organisations winning our coveted High Impact Badge of Honour.
