A stickle brick contest working on a production line demonstrating the importance of batch production and quality control

Young people will undertake a market research activity and work alongside traders on the world famous Portobello Road Market. The activity will help young entrepreneurs develop an understanding of what draws people to this market and what's involved in providing a product or service from this location.
