Last year, Hull College Students Union brought out "The Pitch" which enabled students to apply for small funding to either; - Help the community - Contribute towards trips and resources for their course - Help fund events that either bring the students and/or the community together.

As owner of Ginger Sky Ltd, a kitchenware retailer focussing on the quirky and unusual, I will be sharing my thoughts and experiences in what is going to be an important week for the business. During the week we are expecting the arrival of our first stock and the diary will cover the business side of this as well as the personal emmotions that are involved in such an event, something that is often overlooked.
