This is a really simple acitvity you can run in your workplace during Global Entrepreneurship Week.

Pair up your employees with an Enterprise Buddy, someone who can help and inspire them to make their mark in the workplace. Or invite young people from the local school, college or university into the workplace, and let them shadow someone in the senior management team.

You could even mix it up a bit by getting someone in the Senior Management Team to shadow someone lower down the management chain.
