Use Global Entrepreneurship Week to seek out talent in the workplace
Employees are you biggest asset, so make sure you know which employees are destined for success!
Plan a competition to seek out the individual with the greatest potential to succeed and who’s likely to come up with lots of great ideas if given the opportunity. Young professionals move workplaces often, and it’s vital you hold on to the best talent.
A panel of judges could give employees tasks to complete such as coming up with new products/services, identifying new markets, or how to save money by improving processses. Employees could be judged on criteria such as originality, creativity, and showmanship.
The prize could be presenting their ideas to the Board of Directors, or even shadowing the Chief Executive for a day !
