Dreams: ideas at work 2007

Dreams CEO Mike Clare decided to launch “Ideas at work” during enterprise week 2007. Ideas at work scheme gave every employee the opportunity to highlight an idea they generated! Idea’s at work was launched across every Dreams store across the UK. An ideas box was put in each store and at any point during an employee’s working day, they could write down their idea. As the ideas box was positioned around the sales floor, so customers were able to generate ideas too.
