Local authorities and strategic partnerships (LSPs) are key to developing a positive culture for entrepreneurial activity, unlocking the untapped potential for enterprise in their local area.

Peer-to-peer networks are crucial in encouraing and supporting people to set-up businesses. Sharing ideas and getting advice are essential for any aspiring entrepreneur.
