Ideas Wall

You can create an Ideas Wall in many different ways. The simplest format would be to create space on a wall in your office- best in a communal area- where employees can write their ideas on a post-it note and stick it on the wall. It’s a really simple way to involve employees in the development of your company. Other people can then comment on someone’s idea by posting up another note.

You could also use a white board or black board as an ideas wall, or get more tech-savvy by creating an e-wall. Use your intranet or set up a wiki to get people collaborating on ideas online.
