Halton Enterprise Business Partnership hosted an enterprise challenge at Stobart Stadium for over 50 pupils from a range of primary schools in Merseyside.

The challenge involved students taking part in the brand new ‘Enterprise Game’, which involves students posing as business-owners of a factory while their teachers act as bankers. The factory owners produce and sell goods to customers while learning about profit, loss, assets, balance sheets and, of course, how to be enterprising!

The board game features real businesses from the local area. These entrepreneurs came along to the event to showcase their business and help tomorrow’s entrepreneurs emerge”.

The kids absolutely loved the event. Enjoyed it a lot! Know more about business,’ said some. Others commented, ‘We didn’t want to stop! It was a really good game and I would love to play it again.’
